The de-facto standard bunging pressure regulator (Spundapparat) is made by also known as "". It's a bit pricey but it is 100% stainless steel and can be reconditioned.
A version is available for home-brewers, the "" -- after 7 years of cold fermenting and bunging, I've finally settled on these. Yes, they cost money but they are guaranteed to last a life-time and are extraordinarily reliable to operate. They come in a variety of orientations, gauge-ranges and connectors as well.
For those wanting cheap, the generally available PRV's will do -- at the expense of a lot of known issues (wait until they get a few years old -- horrid, never mind the mess on the floor as liquids or yeast are expelled). Here is my old setup

I built a spundenapparat to spund 1-3 keg at once sine I brew 40-60l. Since this picture I have changed some gaslines to longer ones but the idea is the same.
I've had some problems with beer finding its way thru the valve even though I've shortened the gas pipes to 0.5 cm and remove about 1l of beer as soon as there is preassure in the keg. With beer in the preassure release valve it gets sticky and can get stuck with higher than needed carbonation, even though I ran a couple of dl of star san thru it.

Here are mine ready to go. To set the relief valve, I pressurized a keg to X PSI through the beer out post and adjusted screw till the soap bubbled on them.
Now to brew some beer!

The plan (if I end up liking the spunding) is to get a MFL CO2 manifold with check valves, flip the valves upside down to reverse the check, put the spunding valve on the end of the manifold and a gauge on the other to use for multiple fermentations at once.
