70/Pima, 10/Vima, 10/muma25, 6/c25, 2/cm1, 2/cm2

Got another Fest going in the keg tomorrow that's a bit different, no vima a bit more muma and 5 layered Cara malts at 2% ea.

Latest Dunkel. Lodo isn't only for Helles or light lagers. I've found you can go with as much as 10-15% Cara malts and it really draws out the rich maltiness without the cloying overly sweetness I've seen before. This one is 58/ Dark Munich, 30/Pils, 5/CH, 5/CM3, 1.5/CS3 give or take.

Just tapped a new Helles. 95/Pils, 2/c25, 2/c50, .5/c100. So good!
