Thanks for the warm welcome. Genuinely appreciated.
I did not mean to ask for data in a general sense or to challenge anyone , but whenever anyone read my future comments, they are likely to notice a pattern in my questions asking for the evidence in scientific terms if none is presented. Of course we all have plenty of observations and hypotheses but it is important we differentiate them from preliminary data or solid data (as in many studies confirming a hypothesis).
I share your opinion that a fresh helles is something sublime and that when compared with helles brewed in the US, professionally or at our level, something is lacking.
I will be posting a few questions under the appropriate subject to facilitate the exchange.
