There are slight variations each season. This year the Spaten and the Löwenbräu are my favourites.

Next week I shall have them in situ :)

I just brewed one of those lighter colored festbiers the other day based on Tech's baseline lodo recipes (thanks Tech). Really looking forward to it, I've always gone with the traditional darker side but after sampling some lighter examples recently I decided I needed to brew some.
