Hi Brandon,
Thanks for the warm welcome. Genuinely appreciated.
I did not mean to ask for data in a general sense or to challenge anyone :-) , but whenever anyone read my future comments, they are likely to notice a pattern in my questions asking for the evidence in scientific terms if none is presented. Of course we all have plenty of observations and hypotheses but it is important we differentiate them from preliminary data or solid data (as in many studies confirming a hypothesis).
I share your opinion that a fresh helles is something sublime and that when compared with helles brewed in the US, professionally or at our level, something is lacking.
I will be posting a few questions under the appropriate subject to facilitate the exchange.
Thanks again,
Ricardo

Dude, Ricardo's helles is off the hook. Paired with his wife's cooking, the perfect foil!

Welcome Ricardo!

Schedule a spare day or two and swing through Austin. There is good beer down here (and BBQ)... ain't Munich, but still fun!

Servus,
Yep, let us know if you are coming to Austin. We'll organize something.
...Indiana (wife) takes Tango classes so she is pretty good. I can fool an uninitiated viewer but I am not good at all :-)
BTW - anyone going to NHC? I will be the one with Lederhose, at least at the banquet, and maybe other events.
