Trumer Pils is pretty good. Just don't buy the bottles. Totally skunked. Get it vom fass, as you say.

Nice to hear from you as well - I've spent some serious time on your blog haha. Yup, I indeed am just getting started into Kunze. At around 1000 pages it's quite an endevaour! But perusing the table of contents I plan on honing in first on what would be most relevant.

Good on ya, Brody. We obviously have to adapt to homebrewing equipment, but the effects of oxygen during brewing are the same regardless. I don't pump my mash, but the message of avoiding oxygen uptake during transfers is still relevant.
