I want to brew 6 beers...
Helles, Pils, Marzen, Dunkel, Doppelbock and Schwarzbier.
A recent German palette adjustment has opened my eyes to the fact that these styles have everything I'm looking for in a beer.
I'll still plan on brewing Tripel and Dubbel occasionally but the above mentioned styles are what I'm targeting.

Looks like a great list to me. I've been concentrating on Helles, Ofest/Marzen and Dunkel for about a year now and need to change things up with Schwarz, Pils and maybe a Bock.

I need to get more festbier in my rotation. But that's as far as I go for Gravity and flavor. Dopplebocks to me are just wayyy too much.
