I think in the rush to congratulate Bryan you missed the low oxygen brewing equivalent of the discovery of the neutron embedded in his post.

But also, congrats on Cedar Island. I had no clue, 8-) .

Cool, I actually never investigated that thread. Based on the date, it was before the SMB and lodo revolution, so my guess is sauergut alone didn't give you that fresh, lingering, lodo malt character. In reading it over, it looks like you were considering trying it back then too, but were happy with the sauermalt results. What are you noticing different now?
