Two category second places for a blond and a gose in the Norwegian national homebrew competition. Although the benefits of the Lodo techniques were probably diminished by the fact that I did normal bottling from a plastic fermenter, it has really helped a lot reading about different topics in these forums during the last year. Used sauergut for both, that seems to help.
