Why don't you email them? I found them very responsive and friendly. 2 weeks isn't exactly a long time when you consider that this goes cross-atlantic into a different economic area. For most items travelling in these circumstances, I plan about 5 weeks.

I'm just referring to the secondary confirmation email that I am supposed to recieve. I did send an email inquiring about it, but have not gotten a response. I'll wait a little longer I guess.

Maybe Anja was on holiday? I ordered a book a week ago and only got her confirmation today.

On another note, my lexan lids arrived today for my kettles, my clamps and 5lb pressure relief valves will be here next week, my books will be here this Thursday, so I will be busy doing alterations next week, but should be able to brew next Saturday or sunday. I can't wait.

@Futur

I've used AA in several different contexts (with SMB, without, etc) and just found that anecdotally it wasn't any better, and perhaps made the wort/beer even taste a bit duller.

My standard water treatment nowadays is 30 mg/l each SMB and Brewtan B.
