This may also be a surprise I took up Brewing because I quit smoking after 30 some years and knew I needed something to keep me busy and keep my mind off of cigarettes

I got to be honest I picked the right hobby just keeps me busy all the time I'm either reading the books or I'm reading forums I haven't had a cigarette since August 15th

I used to reload ammunition and do a long range shooting matches I was going to start back up in that again but I knew it wouldn't keep me busy enough

Taking up fireworks making as a hobby is another good way to curb the smoking habit.
