Today's pre boil sample pH 5.2 pre boil gravity 1051 I know that's really high but I had a Brewhouse efficiency problem which I think I corrected by extending my rest periods for the infusion steps

Og 1.054 efficiency issue definitely fixed 82.22% I sample a beer that I have been lagering for 10 weeks now, it was a nice treat, after brewday and fixing my Efficiency problem.

Sorry m8, but you didn't answer a simple question but resorted to refer to a third party instead.
The question was quite simple. What flavours are you looking for. When the response is not a reply but name dropping someone's outfit, well, what sort of response did you expect?

I was going for a nice easy drinking German lager, still chasing that stuttgarter hofbrau pilsner, weyenstephaner is still the closest I have tasted yet.

I am making beer I like to drink, I'm not the type to try to make beer everyone else wants to drink. I'm brewing for me, but I'm happy to share these creations.
