Original gravity 1048 two editions of sour gut one at initial kettle and one at knockout for a final pH of 5.13

From 1.048 to 1.014 in 4 days with 34/70, it is now in the spunding keg, yeast is collected and stored the fermenter is washed and sanitized and ready to go again.

It's really starting to come together nicely. I've got a pretty easy system going.
