10 gallon batches

I need a bigger system, I'm going to try a 10 gallon batch 5 gallons just isn't lasting long enough to hold me till the next batch is ready

I'm doing the same. Most batches will then be split-batches with different yeast or different fermentation profiles.
- The best do the basics better -

I do 15 gallon batches in the Braumeister and timewise it's about the same as 5 or 10 gallons.
