Clearest wort so far
This was the wort into the fermentor its as clear as i can get it.

That's beatuiful. I usually let my kettle sit for about 2-3 hours before getting the wort to the fermentor, but I can't get that clarity which you demonstrate. It seems clear, but when holding up against a light I can see a haze. I believe one reason might be that I'm using a pump during cooling, so all flocks in the kettle are ripped to shreds by the pump.

You can do a dump before pitching yeast.

Narziss warns about transferring over beer that is too clear. It is a sign of good process, but it can also affect flavor.

I also noticed that when I pulled my replacement wart for my sour gut and put it into the fermentation chamber after about a half hour I noticed a little bit more Troop forming in the sour gut and beginning to drop out so I think I just took a majority of it out but there's still plenty of in there for nutrient
