I would sub the carafoam for Vienna if I was in this situation. If thats not an option I would use more pils.

I got a clarification, Weyermann Carapils in Europe=Carafoam in the US, the different name is because Briess has the rights to the Carapils brand there.

Btw, Weyermann approves: "thanks for your question. There is no difference between Weyermann Carapils and Weyermann Carafoam. Carapils is the german, Carafoam the international designation. The quality is just the same. I send you enclosed the specifications of both. Your malting bill for a "Helles" is a really good choice.
