No problem. With the cold tolerant yeast and the larger pitch rate I am able to go from brew to spund in 5 days at 44-45f wort starting fermentation temp. I then ramp down to 40 for the spund transfer starting on day 2.

The temperature at which its pitched. I would not use this pitch rate if I warm fermented. What does our pitch rate in the paper say?
