In September we updated the paper to provide some minor clarifications, complete with a new recipe. Here is a short summary of the updates:

- Typos/grammar
- Helles malt (blending pima and vima to target ~4 EBC)
- Distinguish between helles and helles export (per above)
- Sparge vs no-sparge initial dosing
- SMB dose as you tighten your brewing system
- SMB dose with ale yeast
- Cube Square Law
- Fenton Reactions
- Fermentation schedules
