I hope it works out for you guys. Like I said I really like goldbrau, but my tests fell flat for me.

Had a professional lager brewer make one of my beers this year, using 40% vima, 20% muma (Weyermann). He was used to pima+kara grists, and was blown away by how much the vima improved the bready maltiness of the beer.

I did a stiegl tribute recently. 66/30/4 to 12p bittered with saaz to 25ibu.
