And ask if they use different style kettles for different styles of beer I doubt it but it's worth asking

Kettles don't matter. Fermentation vessel shape matters. It influences how the yeast is able to move about, as well as hydrostatic pressure on the yeast. Generally speaking, wide and shallow for top fermenting, tall and narrow for lager.

Good luck on finding a real 34/70 strain.

34/70 is tough to get, if I do get it, I'll get enough to make some cultures, and if you guys need a culture I can ship it.

I learned something new about fermentors, thank you for that info.

I have a brewery right beside my work that brews beer for someone, but I don't know who, this brewery has no advertisement no sign outside, maybe it's an off-site brewery, but I'll stop in and see if they have any, if so I'll see if I can buy some from them 1 pocket to another. Let's see if I can be useful around here for something more than asking questions.

What should I ask them when I go, is there anything particular?

I would be happy to pay for shipping for a small sample.
