Asked Hofbrau if they had any tips for a homebrewer to brew something close to this beer and surprisingly they responded.
90/10 Pils/Munich (such as Briess Bonlander)
Magnum hops 50% at 58', 40% at 30', 10% at whirlpool
W34/70
Ferment at 9c 6 days, cool to 7c, krausen and mature at -1c
OG 11.8
I'm surprised by the Magnum hops, I was thinking something Nobel.
