You can have one controlling several fermenters. The proper ones are worth every penny. So nice to work with.

I bought the domed lids and TC cap for the brew buckets. It has a PRV that holds 2-3 psi. If I brew under pressure, then it is just with whatever the PRV holds.

In German it's called Kolonnenspundung. Here is a nice .

And here is mine, mounted on one of the kegs. Totally worth the money.

Right now I feel like deleting all my forum/gaming profiles and start a new career under the handle of "Kolonnenspundung".

I will see if I can over time invest the geld in one of the spundvalves you have in your pic, and do a triple setup where he valve is on the outside of my then be dedicated lager-ferm-fridge.

But, how does this work out. If I have it set at for example 0.4 Bar, and introduce a new batch to the setup, in my head it seems like the last keg will not be able to produce enought pressure to actually get pressurized since it will let of co2 in a slow manner, thus not get under pressure at all, since it will slowly leak co2 under the threshold?

The fresh batch will ferment and produce more CO2. Eventually the system will reach equilibrium.

I'm in the process of building a kolonnenspunden-setup.

I have the plan written out. I'll do a three way, with one-way-valves so I can't get beer into the spundapparat.

Those spundapparats are pricy. I found one "kellerfee", used on ebay.de, but I can't seem to get an answer from the seller, maybe he thinks I'm a scam since I wrote in English..

Anyway. Is there a homebrewers forum in germany with a subcategory for stuff for sale I could check out?
