A standard racking into a keg, that was standardly purged will get you .8-1ppm. That will fade your it to nothing in a week or so.

Well of course, O2 is more soluble at cold temps (and you guys stress it in your paper), but he is talking about his BIAB system, which relates primarily to hot-side. I'm assuming he will implement your cold-side processes.

The 0.6-0.8 ppm, is that from a typical rack with a siphon or other open gravity feed?

We racked ours last night into 3 kegs, and doing a proper purge and closed rack as you guys have recommended was frankly easier than the way we used to do it!
