Sipping on this Lager right now. Its very tasty. Good foam. Good hop and malt character. Well, messed a bit with fermentation temperature as my pump for the cooling water went off for some hours  Temp was at 14-15°C for this time, but was fermenting for quite some days already. Probably 4-5 hours, then i decided to stay at 11-12°C as it was already high. Cant taste any off flavors or something like that.

as with my future brewing system: Maybe i'll stick with my small 20L system which is something similar to the Grainfather and do double mashes (as i did today), only costs 1,5-2 hours more time. Some engineering needed to optimize, than i will probably build a bigger one. Much less work with this system, its just easier to operate. And i think lodo should be possible. Why is it so hard to decide which system to use:lol:

I just love to build things...
