Pima at 4.3 EBC is extraordinarily rare for WEY. Are you sure this is accurate?

I wouldn't swear by it. Purely from an email from the merchant. I'm presuming I can use info on the sack itself to inquire directly from Weyermann?

"Those should be:
Pils 5% moisture, 2.2srm, 80-83% extract
Pale Ale 5% moisture, 3.6srm, 79-81% extract
Carahell 6% moisture, 11srm, 74-79% extract"

Wey has a bar code and a uri from where you can access the spec. I found that merchants mis-label often.
