Kloster Andechs
Definitely a bucket list pilgrimage for me. I strive to keep a similar lineup of beers at my humble abode.

Andechs makes my favorite Doppelbock. Their Weissbier Dunkel is good too, especially if you like the rich, dark, toffee-like variety.
You can take a bus up the mountain, but I recommend hiking up if you're able.

Re: Kloster Andechs
I was there in February a few years back. New shoes and full local outfit. So I went through 3 Mass of Dunkel Bock and about 4 Helles. On my way back my shoe's fresh leather soles and the half frozen steep way down the hill got the better of me and I made it back down on my backside past some astonished (and terrified) tourists from your parts.
Priceless

You drank 7 liters? Hahah, nice, that's a real sit down.
