Yeah, I tend to like my Helles more on the hoppy side as well, lately I've been shooting for 20-25 IBU. Also adding a little more vima, muma or Cara to the mix so I guess that helps balance the extra hops.

I don't have the paper slips for testing it. Usually they are in the 9-12 EBC range
