Helles at ~4 weeks from brew day. The condensation hides how bright/clear it is.
I loaded this one up with 2% caramunich on top of 5% carahell with 3.5 EBC base malt. Pleased at how nice and golden it turned out!

Looks great Tech. There's a Helles recipe in the 2008 AHA conference presentation by Steve Holle that has a Helles recipe similar to yours that I'd like to try, I think it's 2% each of carahell and caramunich.
