I have to admit I tasted a lot of beer the last time I was in Munich, and Weihenstephan, Augistiner, Andechser, and Ayinger stood a head above the rest.
Weihenstephan Original tastes great out of a fresh bottle, but is definitely different on draft. Not necessarily better or worse, but good to seek out for palette calibration. Of course this holds true for most beer...

Got my hands on a FRESH 500ml bottle. It was delicious. Hops are in the background, beer is dry yet has a hard candy sweetness, I can't really place. Its not really c25, but could be..its got me conflicted( c50??). Fresh lingering malt. Amazing.
