Hoffbrauhaus

Made it to the Hoffbrauhaus this past weekend. Great people, great beer, great food. Had the Oktberfest, which was delicious. This location makes all of their own beers in-house, even the Oktoberfest. In the past, all Oktoberfest was imported, but some locations are now authorized to brew it. It was noticeably sweeter than the bottled version this year, which makes me suspect a little brewer discretion and some extra karamalt. They still won't allow brewery tours, which is unfortunate. Maybe they have to hide their lodo equipment or buckets of SMB.
