FYI - The Italian group AEB produces two antioxidants
ANTIOXIN SBT - PMB + AA + Gallotannins / Mash addition
ANTIOXIN SB - PMB and AA / at bottling
Given that I cannot trace the manufacturer of Antiox C, it is quite possible that BSG buys from AEB and fractions it for sale in the US. (Do you guys know different?).

For Antioxin SBT
The recommended dose for a 5 gallon batch, which is about 30-33L of wort in a full volume mash is about 2-3.5g of Antioxin SBT, to simplify, we can assume that 3g of Antioxin SBT are 1g gallotannins, 1g AA, and 1g PMB (we know we can replace PMB with SMB partially or totally).

Aromax.

http://www.aebafrica.co.za/antioxy/AROM ... nglese.pdf

50% potassium pyrosulphate
35% ascorbic acid
15% gallotannins

[EDIT] 20 grams per hl, increases so2 by 54 ppm

So if my calculations are correct, that's 10g/hl SMB, 7g/hl AA, 3g/hl BTB.
The SMB and BTB amounts match, so my assumption is that 7g/hl is what can be used for AA.

Antiox-c is most certainly ANTIOXIN SB.
