LODO What styles work for this process ? I brew a lot of Belgium and some German along with Pale Ale /IPA ,trying to read about this process ,but just not finding a lot about it. I have read the original LODO Munich Helles doc but looking for a LODO for dummies :)

There is a LODO for dummies website out there. It's pretty easy to find. Just be forewarned, you have to sign up in blood and take a secret oath, under penalty of having your firstborn sacrificed....

All beers benefit from less oxygen but you will probably notice the difference more in subtle, malty and hoppy styles than yeasty and strong alkohol styles (that usually benefit from long lagering). Haven't read about sour lodo beers either.
