From what I gather, boiling for 15 minutes will get you sub 1ppm. The oxygen uptake is a slow process, hoursish. We (techbrau and kit) are doing test beers as we speak with this, I believe they are boiling and chilling then striking right in. Hopefully we have some data points for you by the weekend. I will let tech speak to what changes he had saw.

Lighter color at the protein rest. Seemed to be a bit less of an aromatic mash overall. The final wort going into the fermenter had a slightly clearer, fresher taste than normal - but no "it" yet.

I went ahead and gave it a whirl yesterday when I brewed a dark lager. Boiled all my brewing water 15 min, chilled then mashed in. Can't say I noticed anything different but it was a dark beer so maybe I won't notice anything until Its kegged.

Boiling will alter the water composition though. Usually it's de-oxygenated via CO2 injection IIRC

Yea I use RO water anyways. But it's definitely something to note.

I love seeing you still post here. Truly, the experience is most savory and delicious. Despite all you have done, all that you have stolen, tried to steal or plagiarized as your own. Despite everyone you blame, all those you have crossed, all the crazy conspiracies in your head and all the trail of proof you tried to and continue to try to destroy. Despite trying to hide it all behind locked forums, telling lies upon lies, building your own sanctuary. One simple truth remains. You really have nowhere to go and still have to come here to interact with people. There are just so many, like me, who grin while watching you do the dance you do, knowing the irreparable reputation you have built for yourself. When I get to the brewery tonight, I'm gonna pour myself a nice full maß of helles, with all that nice, fresh, lingering malt flavor, take a drink and just smile. Despite all that has transpired, you really do make my day satisfying. Prosit!
