Room temp Sparging

Normally I am a no sparge brewer however I threw together a sparge rig to be able to use tap(RO) water directly out of the faucet. Since I have a HERMS I can ramp the HLT to 200f, and then start to sparge( pretty much like a Fly hybrid), and allow the HERMS to heat/keep the mash where it needs to be at mash out.
I chose that orientation for a reason, this forces the water to go up and make sure the daisy wheel on the Flow meter still spins at any water flow rate.
I have pressure sensors already but I used them to test the Flow meter, and the flow meter is pretty accurate considering it was ~$15 on amazon. A great addition to the brewery if you want an easy way to track water volumes for the brew day.
