Aluminum Kettle

Given the goal of zero oxygen, are aluminum kettles/mash tuns a no-no? I know copper has an oxidative layer, but wasn't sure about aluminum.
There's no easy way out. There's no shortcut home.

I suggest this... Brew one with a SS kettle one you get the process down. Brew the same one with a Aluminum kettle see if you notice any differences. If not, consider it a success!
