Hop Utilization

I had a feeling I may draw that reaction from you Bryan.
It felt silly asking it but am just trying to wrap my brain around the high values of utilization you are getting as opposed to the Tinseth values for a similar gravity (12°P). The Helles listed in the paper would have much lower hop utilization than the values for the BSAG method you described.

EDIT: I reworked the IBU calculations in my spreadsheet and modified the Tinseth calcs so that they match the BSAG calcs from the paper.
