They aren't for contact with food, sous vide is supposed to be vacuum sealed, then you put it into a hot water bath that these sit on top.
@Weizen, when you purchase a pro brewing system, feel free to add whatever you want. We are limited on budget and space, we got a deal on a 7bbl system we are retrofitting for low oxygen brewing.

It looks like they are empty actually, and they are Polypropylene, which is food grade and autoclavable. I am not worried about the food contact.

Plastics are OK at room temps. Once it goes higher you can get petrochemicals leaking. Although they may be below accepted govt limits, I'd rather not have them.
Arguably that's just bias and preference.
