Counterflow wort chiller
Anyone see one of these in action before?

nope. it depends what you are looking for though.
The more inert your process, the less quality losses you will experience. If it's 100% stainless then it's superior to the ones soldered with copper.

I'm assuming it is an overpriced distillers pipe. It's unlikely that there is a coil in there. If you were lucky it would be shell and tube, although I doubt that as well. What it looks like is a tube in a tube, which means it wont be terribly efficient.
