Some really good information here that most just gloss over. Be sure to pay special attention to the fusel alcohol levels.

Indeed. Isoamyl alcohol is the only Fusel the data shows concentrations for, but just that one is far in excess of 100 ppm for nearly all of their lager yeasts at 55 F.

Kunze says the sum total of ALL fusels should be 70-90 ppm. Your taste buds will thank you, as will your head (no headaches).
