I've been using brewers friend software, which is excellent for editing a grain bill and automatically calculating a good many things. However, it really unravels outside a single infusion mash.
It's nice to have something step / decoction mash centric.
I've yet to use it in actual practice, but I am absolutely thrilled by it's content

Oliver's free software on http://brewrecipedeveloper.de/ is the only free software I know of that supports decoction mashing sensibly. Unless you want to give Siemens a call...
