BYO Article on LOB

Bryan and I had the chance to prepare and publish a procedural article for Brew Your Own:

If there was anything disappointing about the final article, it’s that they had to cut our “Suggested Reading” list, which included Kunze, Narziß, Fix, a few Bamforth papers, Bamforths “Freshness”, and the V3 GBF paper.

Congratulations !! Anything new not in the LOB website, or just an organized summary (not that you do not have that already in the website !)
