I want to make sure everyone realizes I'm not advocating against the lodo method this group put forth. I only posted about this product because it seems germane to minimizing oxidation. While it's only available at the commercial level now, it might be interesting to look for if the company decides to offer it at the homebrew scale (which Joe says is being considered).
