Water in a Helles
I'm curious what water profiles everyone has been enjoying in their Helles?
I've been just using Deionized Water with enough CaCl added to get the calcium levels up to ~50ppm

Good topic. Sorry for the slow reply.
Calcium 26
Sulfate 22
Chloride 30
Edit: numbers from brunwater. Came from 1.2 grams gypsum and 1.4 grams calcium chloride in approx 8 gallons distilled.
