Nice!

I've filtered a couple of beers mostly for testing purposes using a cylinder filter, and an absolute .5 micron filter. Results are pretty good, but filtering carbonated beer is substantially more difficult.

Whats really crazy is how the flavors changed. Here is my chicken scratch tasting notes. You having had the unfiltered version, know that flavor.

Looks good! I filter many of my lagers as there is nothing better than drinking a better tasting product then a commercial version that is just as clear. Plus non-HB drinkers will often give them a try if they are clear.

So you felt both were equally delicious but in their own right?

I've been fining my beers with gelatin and finding I'm liking the results and quicker clearing so they can be sooner drank. I often wonder how much the gelatin is affecting the head retention and body of the beer.
