Yeah, I know. The same set of guidelines lists Negra Modelo as an example of Vienna Lager. Fail. I think we can all agree, a lot of the BJCP guidelines are crap :lol:

I think it is starting to mellow out now. I did tap the keg early ( 7 days ) but had our annual family Xmas celebrations now. I do have another keg and will not tap it for 3-4 months.

Someone should make guidelines for the BJCP guidelines to make sure they don't continue to fuck up.

I stopped referring to them a long time ago.
