I'll be in Munich this Thursday until Tuesday to see family and say hello to the old Theresienwiese.

How many days are you all planning on being there next year, we may be able to get a good group rate. I plan on 10 days, I'll be taking the train system to austria, Switzerland, the black forest and Stuttgart for cannstatter volksfest start, so I'm trying to hit the Munich Oktoberfest in the last week.

Depends on my family schedule tbh. I've been dragged to this place as toddler since 1972... Sometimes there are other priorities. The procession at the begin is worth watching though.

Just arrived at Augustiner. Kitchen was already closed but the chef was still able to make me something since I literally just crawled out of the airplane. Love the people there!
