We've all used both and did the check/discussion on PMB vs SMB tablets a while back. I bought some food grade SMB and use that. Or Campden, depending on the mood. But yeah, Campden appears to be either, interchangeably.

Oh don't get me wrong, I have no issues with indulgences and whatever poison you want to choose. Until it affects me that is by selling me some garbage I didn't buy and I don't realize it until brewday.
In their defense, they have gotten better on the brew side. Hopefully our mash didn't suffer that much from the potassium levels..
Also last point on this tangent, Ken I wish I could take credit, but that line was delivered masterfully by Jeremy Piven in PCU.
